HL sells a temp gauge. Parts Canada aka your dealer should carry it.

Can you use a temp gauge from Canadian Tire? would it work?

I just drilled and tapped my t-stat housing and put the sender there. You should be able to get it from most auto part's stores. If you do get one, make sure you clear the handle bar's before you drill the hole for the gauge.
